All prices are quoted in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of posting the information. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
All payments made to Heidi and Adèle Limited will be transferred to our bank account, which is UK based. Heidi and Adèle Limited will not charge extra fees for transactions processed in a currency other than sterling but your bank may. Please check with them.
Once we have received your order we will send you an email as confirmation. This email will contain your order number, which should be used if you need to track your order. You will receive another email once your goods have been dispatched with details of our designated courier and tracking number.
You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of our chosen carrier, or in payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
You have the right to cancel this order, within certain conditions, (please see our Refund Policy). All refunds will be made to the account used for making the initial purchase.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information is posted on the site. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the moment you place an order.
Due to technical limitations, slight variations between the colour and texture of the actual product and the image of the product shown on this website are to be expected.
Only products for which stock is available can be added to your shopping basket. Products which have sold out will be clearly marked as such. If for any reason we are unable to ship the product(s) that you have selected and purchased online, you will be contacted as soon as possible by our customer service team. Please be aware that while items are in your shopping cart, they may be purchased by other customers.
Additionally, due to the nature of online shopping overlaps may occur and where stock levels are low items may not be available even when payment transaction has cleared.
If in the event a product is sold out after you've reached checkout, we will inform you within 24 hours of placing your order if the product you have ordered is out of stock and offer an exchange or a refund.
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on the Heidi and Adèle website is correct at the time of going online.
If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.
If you realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible (you must contact us prior to dispatch) and we will do our utmost to correct the error or cancel the order.
We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.
In such a case, we will fully reimburse you of all costs.
You will not resell any goods or offer any goods for sale, in any country without our prior written agreement.
MAKING A PAYMENT:
Via PayPal we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
We take the security of your personal details seriously at Heidi and Adèle and have used industry standard precautions to safeguard your personal and payment details. Every time you enter an area of the site that carries or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details, an icon resembling a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window. This is an indication that the site is secure.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. 100% PCI DSS compliant, 3D secure capable, the highest standard level of security used on the Web. Your online payments are taken securely using PayPal. Heidi and Adèle Limited never has access to your bank card details.
Any personal details are passed using the strongest encryption technology available in today's browsers that is 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This technology ensures that any data that you provide is fully encrypted as it travels through the Internet, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Heidi and Adèle Limited will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of order acceptance, subject to availability. All goods will be delivered by our designated courier service. Depending on the delivery address, deliveries will take between 1 and 5 working days for UK addresses. Overseas shipments may take up to 7 working days.
When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available worldwide at cost or less where possible.
Please contact us with any questions regarding cost of shipping or destinations that are not included on our rates.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch and the tracking number of your order, once it has been handed to our courier. You will be able to follow the status of your order from your Heidi and Adèle client account.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then the courier service will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. You may also opt-in to have the delivery handed over to a neighbour. If re-delivery is attempted without success on two further occasions, the goods will be returned to the Heidi and Adèle Head Office.
Redelivery from Heidi and Adèle H.O. will be chargeable.
We endeavour to expedite orders as quickly as possible but please order from www.heidiandadele.com with enough lead-time so as to avoid disappointment. Let us know if the goods are urgent and we will do our utmost to match your requirements.
Any queries regarding your online purchase must be made directly to the Heidi and Adèle customer service team on the following details:
We hope you will be delighted with your Heidi and Adèle product. However, if you are not happy with your goods please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt that you intend to return them/it. Returned goods must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are returned in a new and unused condition. They should be in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact. Please note that you are responsible for taking all due care to ensure the items are received in a good condition and not damaged in transit.
Before returning an item, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Number.
When returning the goods please write this return number both on your invoice and the outside of the box.
Please note that any goods that are not accompanied by an official return number will not be accepted. Post and package costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. Postage for exchanged returns is chargeable. Refunds will be made within 30 days of your notification providing the goods have been received in the condition describes above.
We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask at the post office for a free certificate of postage. We also recommend you subscribe to the appropriate insurance.
In the event of the goods being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and offer an exchange, repair or refund whichever is deemed to be most appropriate by Heidi and Adèle Limited.
The procedure is as follows:
- Send an email to email@example.com detailing the fault, potentially including photos
- We may then ask you to return the item to us. At this stage, you will be responsible for delivery costs.
- Once received, we will study your item and the fault.
- Depending on our analysis of the fault, we will offer you the following options; return of the initial product, repair, replacement (if stocks allow), a partial or total refund.We will also reimburse you of the charges you initially paid to send the item back to us if it required a repair, a replacement or refund.Heidi and Adèle must be notified within 7 days in writing for any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
USE OF HEIDI AND ADELE PRODUCTS
When you purchase a product from Heidi and Adèle, you agree to use it as per its initial purpose.
As such, no exchanges or refunds as discussed in previous paragraphs would occur, if, following a check, we subsequently realised that the product had been used in an inappropriate fashion.
Please find below a list (by all means non exhaustive) of simple steps to guide you in looking after your Heidi and Adèle products:
- Keep away from excessive heat and humidity;
- keep away from hard or sharp objects;
- Keep in cloth-bag or gift box when not using in order to prevent dust marks and scratches;
- To remove stains or first marks, gently rub with a damp cloth. Do not use a brush or sharp object;
- Allow wet or damp leather to air-dry naturally. Do not use any source of heat as this may discolour the leather or alter its shape;
- Leather bags should be stored empty in their dust bags, and stuffed with tissue paper in order to maintain their shape;
- Do not apply any household furniture polish, alcohol, or other solvents to your leather bag;
- Do not store your handbag in a closed plastic bag. Remember that leather needs to breathe and that is why it is soft and supple;
- Do not fold or apply pressure as this may leave marks on the leather.
- Keep all Heidi and Adèle products, including packaging and wrapping away from babies, young children and pets.
Heidi and Adèle cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries to yourself or a third person that result as a consequence of an improper use of the item purchased.
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
By entering and using this site, you acknowledge and agree that all the text, graphics, images, photographs and designs including fabrics, accessories and products which appear on this site, and the design, look and feel of the site itself, are protected by copyright, design right, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights, which are either owned by Heidi and Adèle Limited or licensed to it by third parties.
